Sissy Locktober Rules: A Safe 31-Day Chastity, Feminization and Discipline Challenge

Locktober does not have to be limited to wearing a chastity cage and counting down the days until October ends.

For adults who enjoy feminization, submission or structured power exchange, the month can become a complete 31-day discipline challenge. Chastity remains the foundation, while clothing assignments, daily dice rolls, journaling, keyholder check-ins and playful consequences add variety.

The challenge below is designed for consenting adults. It can be used by a couple, managed by a keyholder or adapted for a solo participant. It is intentionally demanding, but it should never become unsafe.

Sissy Locktober Rules

If you are new to extended wear, first review how to wear a chastity cage comfortably for 30 days and how to put on a chastity cage.

Agree on the Rules Before October Begins

Do not wait until October 1 to decide what is allowed. Before the challenge begins, everyone involved should agree on:

  • Who controls the key
  • Whether cleaning unlocks are permitted
  • How often the device will be removed for inspection
  • Which tasks are private and which may be completed outside the home
  • What counts as a missed task
  • Which activities are completely off-limits
  • What physical or emotional warning signs end the challenge

A safeword or clear stop signal should still apply during Locktober. A month-long commitment does not remove anyone’s right to stop. Consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn at any time.

The emergency key must also remain accessible. It can be sealed, numbered or placed under the keyholder’s supervision, but it should never be made impossible to reach.

Rule 1: Chastity Throughout Locktober

The main rule is simple: remain locked throughout October, apart from agreed cleaning, fitting and safety checks.

A practical version of the rule may include:

  • The cage is worn every day during the challenge.
  • Removal is allowed for cleaning and inspection when necessary.
  • Cleaning should not be rushed or withheld as a punishment.
  • The device must be checked regularly for pressure, rubbing and skin irritation.
  • Unusual pain, numbness, swelling, broken skin, color change or circulation concerns mean the device comes off immediately.
  • The participant may change to a better-fitting cage without being considered a failure.

Locktober is supposed to test commitment, not the participant’s willingness to ignore warning signs. If the cage cannot be removed promptly, or concerning symptoms do not resolve after removal, seek urgent medical care.

Anyone planning a full month should test the chosen cage before October. Start with shorter sessions, then try normal activities, sleep, work and longer periods of movement. A device that feels acceptable for one hour may feel completely different after an entire day.

For more selection guidance, read the guide to choosing and using sissy chastity cages.

Rule 2: Orgasm Control and Teasing

Orgasm denial can be part of the challenge, but the exact level should be chosen in advance. Some couples choose complete denial for the entire month. Others allow controlled teasing or schedule a special reward day.

A simple dice system can add uncertainty:

Roll Assignment
1–2 No teasing assignment
3 A short teasing session
4 A medium teasing session
5 A longer session
6 The keyholder chooses within the agreed limits

The participant should not be required to continue for an extreme length of time simply because of a dice result. Agree on a maximum duration before beginning.

An accidental orgasm also should not automatically create an unsafe extension lasting several additional months. A better consequence is an extra journal entry, an additional clothing assignment or one more spin of the challenge wheel.

Rule 3: Daily Feminization Assignments

Feminization can be as subtle or as complete as the participants prefer. The minimum daily assignment might be a private item worn beneath ordinary clothing. At home, the participant may be required to change into a complete outfit selected by the keyholder.

A clothing dice could work like this:

  1. Feminine underwear
  2. Underwear and hosiery
  3. Underwear, hosiery and feminine socks
  4. Add a bra or bralette
  5. Wear a complete outfit at home
  6. The keyholder chooses the outfit and accessories within the agreed boundaries

Public assignments should always respect privacy, employment rules and personal boundaries. Nobody should be pressured to reveal private interests at work or in an unsafe environment.

Other weekly assignments can include:

  • Practising makeup
  • Painting nails
  • Improving posture
  • Learning to walk comfortably in heels
  • Creating a feminine outfit
  • Taking a private progress photograph
  • Writing about the experience in a journal

The goal is not to embarrass the participant without consent. The goal is to create a structured experience that fits the agreed fantasy.

Rule 4: Exercise and Personal Care

Some versions of the challenge combine exercise, food tracking and weight-loss requirements. These can become excessive when treated as punishment. A more sustainable version focuses on consistency rather than forced weight loss.

Possible rules include:

  • Complete 20–30 minutes of comfortable movement each day
  • Choose walking, stretching, yoga or another suitable activity
  • Drink enough water
  • Keep a regular sleep schedule
  • Record energy, comfort and mood
  • Take a rest day when needed

Avoid universal calorie limits, mandatory weekly weight-loss targets or fasting as punishment. Participants have different bodies, health needs and activity levels. Exercise should support the challenge rather than become another method of causing discomfort.

Rule 5: A Feminine Self-Care Week

A simulated period theme can be adapted into a safer symbolic role-play week. Choose one week during October and call it Feminine Self-Care Week.

During that week, assignments could include:

  • Wearing a comfortable bra or bralette each day
  • Choosing softer sleepwear
  • Carrying a small personal-care kit
  • Completing a daily mood journal
  • Watching a feminine film or series
  • Practising makeup or skincare
  • Preparing a relaxing evening routine
  • Writing a short poem or reflection

Keep the theme external and symbolic. Do not insert products that were not designed for the participant’s anatomy, and do not use chemicals or household products internally. A role-play theme should remain imaginative, reversible and safe.

Rule 6: The Daily Locktober Challenge Wheel

The participant spins the wheel once each day. A missed assignment can require one additional spin, but there should be a daily limit. Two spins are usually enough. Allowing consequences to multiply without a limit can quickly make the challenge unrealistic.

30 Safer Locktober Wheel Ideas

  1. Write a short feminine poem in your journal.
  2. Watch one episode of a feminine or romantic series.
  3. Complete 20 minutes of yoga in a chosen outfit.
  4. Take a cool—but not dangerously cold—morning shower.
  5. Practise posture and walking for 15 minutes.
  6. Let the keyholder choose tonight’s sleepwear.
  7. Wear heels at home for 20 minutes on a safe surface.
  8. Write three things you appreciate about your body.
  9. Wear a bra or bralette for two hours.
  10. Watch a princess, romance or makeover movie.
  11. Create a new feminine playlist.
  12. Spend 15 minutes standing quietly in an agreed reflection space.
  13. Practise makeup or skincare.
  14. Wear feminine underwear to bed.
  15. Take a private Locktober progress photograph.
  16. Write a fantasy or role-play scenario in your journal.
  17. Allow the keyholder to select tomorrow’s outfit.
  18. Wear a comfortable accessory for the evening.
  19. Send the keyholder a respectful progress report.
  20. Complete 20 minutes of stretching.
  21. Organize and clean the Locktober play area.
  22. Wear a comfortable corset-style garment or bodysuit for 30 minutes.
  23. Read the agreed safety rules again.
  24. Write about the most difficult part of the challenge so far.
  25. Complete an additional cage cleaning and comfort check.
  26. Avoid unnecessary social media for one hour.
  27. Prepare a relaxing drink and complete a self-care routine.
  28. Choose a feminine name or title for the evening.
  29. Add one extra journal page reviewing the day.
  30. Spin again, then choose between the two results.

These tasks are intentionally playful rather than physically dangerous. A consequence does not need to cause pain to feel meaningful.

What Should Never Be Added to the Wheel

Avoid tasks involving:

  • Cleaning products used inside the body
  • Drinking urine or non-food substances
  • Inserting food or improvised objects
  • Extreme fasting or dehydration
  • Unattended restraints
  • Anything that restricts breathing
  • Excessively long gagging or immobilization
  • Deliberate skin injury
  • Sleep deprivation
  • Public exposure without clear consent

A random wheel should never be allowed to override basic safety rules.

A Simple Four-Week Locktober Structure

To prevent the challenge from feeling repetitive, give each week a different focus.

Week 1: Fit and Routine

Focus on cage comfort, cleaning, sleep and developing a realistic daily schedule.

Week 2: Feminization

Add clothing assignments, makeup practice, posture work and self-care tasks.

Week 3: Discipline

Introduce the daily wheel, keyholder reports and more structured rules.

Week 4: Commitment

Review the month, repeat favourite tasks and prepare for the final days.

October 29–31: Completion

Use the final three days for reflection rather than adding increasingly extreme punishments.

  • Which rules worked?
  • Which tasks felt meaningful?
  • Was the cage suitable for daily wear?
  • What would need to change next time?
  • Does the participant want to continue after October?

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the basic Sissy Locktober rules?

The basic rules are consensual chastity, regular cleaning and comfort checks, clear boundaries, an accessible emergency key and a realistic daily task plan. Feminization, teasing, journaling and challenge-wheel assignments are optional additions.

Can a solo participant try Sissy Locktober?

Yes. A solo participant can set written rules, use timed check-ins, keep the emergency key accessible and use dice or a wheel for variety. Solo play still requires conservative limits and honest safety checks.

Does Locktober require 24/7 chastity wear?

No. Participants can agree on cleaning, inspection, sleep or activity breaks. Removing or changing an uncomfortable device is a responsible safety decision, not a failure.

What happens if a daily task is missed?

Use a limited, non-harmful consequence such as an extra journal entry or one additional wheel spin. Do not let missed tasks create an unlimited chain of punishment.

When should the challenge stop?

Stop when anyone withdraws consent or when there is unusual pain, numbness, swelling, broken skin, color change or another physical or emotional warning sign. Remove the device promptly and seek medical care if needed.

Completing the Challenge

Finishing Locktober is not only about reaching midnight on October 31. A successful challenge means the participants maintained communication, respected boundaries and learned what type of chastity experience works for them.

After unlocking, inspect the skin and allow the body time to recover. Clean the device thoroughly and discuss the month before deciding what happens next.
