New Year Sale FAQs

How do I confirm the current New Year price?
Use the price shown for the exact item and variant at checkout. New Year discounts, compare-at prices, and availability can change without notice.
Will every New Year item stay available?
No. New Year promotion stock may sell through, and items in a cart are not guaranteed.
Should I compromise on size during New Year?
No. Choose the correct dimensions and fit even during New Year; a discount does not make an unsuitable cage, ring, belt, or accessory appropriate.
Are New Year purchases returnable?
Eligibility depends on product type, condition, hygiene rules, and the policy in effect. Confirm the New Year terms before placing an order.
Does New Year change what comes in the box?
Usually the package list remains product-specific. Check each New Year item for included rings, locks, keys, chargers, tools, or accessories before ordering.
How should I compare products during New Year?
Compare dimensions, materials, lock type, included parts, care needs, and intended use first; treat the New Year discount as a secondary factor.
