The Riveted Adjustable Breast Harness Collar links an adjustable neck collar to two open breast bands through a central metal ring. Each circular cover has six rivets around an open center and attaches with four elastic cords, so the covers can be removed independently.
Choose Pink or Black, both finished with silver-tone hardware and rows of buckle holes for adjustment.
